Arrests at Anaheim Solidarity March

There have been at least 3 arrests at tonights march against police violence in solidarity with Anaheim rebels.

One person is charged with pedestrian obstruction of traffic and physical obstruction of an officer; we need $780 to get them out. There is reason to believe that this person might have suffered physical injury at the hands of the police.

The two other arrestees have not been booked yet but we suspect their charges will be less serious.

A fundraiser is underway but more funds may be needed soon. Please stay posted.

As a preliminary response, it should be clarified: the police cannot be provoked.

They tackled participants in what was essentially a roving dance party.

They are the enemy.

While we are worried and enraged about the repression of our loved ones here, we remember the repression in the Pacific-Northwest, in Chicago, in Italy, and elsewhere.

Solidarity with the arrested and, as always, fuck the police.
