I was grateful to read this article about what is happening in my county. I know it is very difficult for anyone who is "different", especially here in the deep South. I would like to know what came of the meeting promised by Mr Goldberg (who I happen to know is not biased toward any religion). I understand the upset, and there is no way to completely control teachers, but the school system should do everything in their power to fix the situation. I was wondering what happened at the meeting, if anything, and if the school system is indeed following through with correcting this.
