Really Really Free Market
Description: This is Emory's Really Really Free Market. It will be held during Wonderful Wednesday on February 22nd from 11:30am - 2pm. This is an open event so even if you aren't an Emory student but are in the area please feel free to come out and participate.
For those unfamiliar with the tradition:
EVERYTHING IS FREE.
Buying, selling, and trading are strictly forbidden.
Think of this event as a potluck - but with everything, not just food!
The market is only as fun as the participants make it! The deal is that you go through the stuff at your home and bring the stuff that you like or find useful but don't use anymore or would rather someone else have it. This may be clothes, shoes, furniture, books, tools, food, electronics, utensils, or whatever else! Workshops and skillshares are also encouraged.
Bring your stuff and drop it off for other people to take freely and then peruse around to see what other people brought that you can take for free. If you don't bring anything, that is OK - at the really, really free market there is no inequality.
