Atlanta Solidarity Network Meeting - We're Back!

Date/Time:
Mon, 07/23/2012 - 6:00pm
Location:
East Atlanta Library
400 Flat Shoals Avenue SE
Atlanta, GA
United States

The Atlanta Solidarity Network defends both workers and tenants in the Greater Atlanta area against economic exploitation through direct action.

Our simple approach has led to many victories for workers suffering stolen wages, discrimination and intimidation. We are not violent, but we are not acquiescent. We do not speak the jaded  language of our oppressors—we will impose a new discourse. We do not operate under the anti-humanist set of practices of our oppressors—we will impose a new way of living.

Join us! Come to a meeting to get ASOL up and running once again. We’ll talk about next steps and best practices for ASOL and for future fights.

We are passionately committed to ensuring the integrity and well-being of the working people, a class with which most of us in the network identify and if you are too, we need your help!

The Atlanta Solidarity Network desires to be inclusive as possible, so long as potential members and affiliates understand both the radical and dire nature of our goals. Aside from direct action tactics and demonstrations, we desire help in the ways of education, community building and legal council. The Atlanta Solidarity Network expects to grow rapidly, in both strength and numbers.
